The frequency of our meetings is flexible and tailored to each individual's needs. Biweekly sessions are often preferred by many clients seeking thorough discussions, while others opt for weekly check-ins. The choice is entirely yours, based on what you feel will be most beneficial. We are always ready to accommodate additional sessions or reschedule (with advanced notice) as necessary, depending on your weekly requirements!
